ABOUT COMPANY

UAB "Lavisos LEZ terminalas" was incorporated in the year 2006 within the Kaunas Free Economic Zone. The company is owned by the group UAB "Lavisos koncernas" which is one of the leading companies providing different logistic services in the market since 1995. Company’s strategy is provision of different warehousing and logistic services, third party logistic services 3PL; warehouse modernization and automation served for successful service development and growth of turnover ....

SERVICES PROVIDED:

LOGISTICAL CENTER
This is a new modern intermodal terminal in Kaunas’ free economic zone, easily accessed by road, railway and air transport. Terminal is located in the vicinity of highway A6 connecting Warsaw and St. Petersburg, next to highway A1 connecting the Klaipėda state seaport and Vilnius, and extending towards Minsk, Kiev, Moscow. The highway Via Baltika is within 7 km. The Palemonas railway cargo station is only within 4 km, and Kaunas International Airport is bordering on the free economic zone territory. Enjoying the tax exemptions and other advantages of the free economic zone, we can offer our customers especially attractive prices and high class services.
The terminal area is 6000 m2, warehouse capacity is 15,200 europallets. The terminal has a modern warehouse control system (IT), climate control system. It also has a customs cargo unit.

WAREHOUSING
We warehouse goods in A type custom warehouses, temporary warehousing of goods, warehousing of the Community goods. The warehousing premises are certified by the State Food and Veterinary Service and the State Plant Quarantine Service.
The territory is protected by a security service, protection system and video surveillance cameras are installed in the warehouse.

CUSTOMS SERVICES
There is a customs cargo unit in the logistics centre. Our quantified customs brokers will be pleased to provide you with all necessary information.

We provide the following customs services:
- Declaration of goods with customs for import, export, transit procedures,
- Document the TIR CARNET procedure,
- Intermediate while performing commercial transactions,
- Fill and submit electronically the Intrastat report for customs,
- Distribute warranty polices,
- Prepare all necessary documents – certificates, permits,
- Perform export procedures for companies of other European Community countries.
